Are your gold chains and pendants solid or plated?
All Jacoje jewelry is crafted from solid gold, typically available in 14K or 18K options. We do not sell gold-plated, gold-filled, or vermeil products.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom orders and certain high-value pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you provide a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
How can I verify the authenticity of my purchase?
Every item is stamped with the appropriate gold purity mark (e.g., 14K or 585) and is accompanied by a Jacoje certificate of authenticity or detailed invoice for your records.
