At Jacoje, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 7-day return policy for a refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached, as removed tags will void the eligibility for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and our secure shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with the provided RA number clearly marked on the outside.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship your package using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for the full value of the item to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item's condition and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
